About the Author

Reginald Forest was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, where his love for reading and writing first began to take shape through poetry, science fiction, and fantasy.

As a teenager, he dreamed of one day publishing his own work, but that calling was set aside for a season while life unfolded in all of its beauty and hardship.

Through love, loss, marriage, divorce, and renewal, Reginald came to understand the full emotional landscape of the human heart. Pieces of Me grows from that journey and from his desire to be honest about pain, healing, and the hope of being truly loved. He now resides in McKinney, Texas.
